Pretty low i would guess, the thing that makes them look retarded is how far the bill got. stupid stuff gets proposed all the time but you never see something this stupid get this far. From what I've read it's a symptom of the republicans lacking a strong leader at the moment (which they aren't used to at all). They are basically defaulting to listening to talk radio and foxnews for their parties direction. Michael Steele (head of the RNC) is not respected very much at all.
So how likely are they to actually be successful at this?
